∎ we are seeking for some talented and motivated Business Devs/Sales & Marketing/Tele sales/ Social Media/SEO experts/ Research/Data collection & Analysist to join our dynamic and innovative team (Remote & on site).
∎ The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented outcome based professional with a proven track record in generating high-quality Business Devs/Sales & Marketing/Tele sales/ Social Media/SEO experts/ Research/Data collection & Analysis skills and driving engagement through various social media platforms.
∎ This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective lead-generation campaigns while leveraging the power of social media to expand our client`s brand reach and influence.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning ,Working, Marketing, tele sales . remote or onsitel meeting ,SMM, SEO, Research & data analysis to increase & Development of business in order to broad the companys sales netwark nation wide & globally.
∎ Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
∎ Develop and implement social media campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
∎ Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
∎ Foster online community growth and engagement through regular interaction, responding to comments, and facilitating discussions in the appropriate English language.
∎ Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms and known to handle next-gen AI tools to enhance brand visibility and productivity.
∎ Strong mentality for working under pressure.
∎ Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
∎ Foster online community growth and engagement through regular interaction, responding to comments, and facilitating discussions.
∎ Google Workspace maintenance, Data entry, Data formatting, Data analysis, etc.
∎ Communication with regular customers through live chat i.e., Fiver, Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and direct messaging.
∎ Video Scriptwriting i.e., YouTube, Facebook, TikTok (Bangoli and English)
∎ have to strong command in Graphics design, animation, Video editing and Canva etc.
∎ Regular follow up calls, sales calls, monitoring social media, communicate public interest group.
∎ Strong Communication with CEO, Management team, development team ,FnF and community.
∎ Create Monthly/Yearly sales Plan, create sales target, compare sales with others in the market.
∎ Regular basis visit customers/ clients' office or outside of office!
∎ Good Verbal Communication skills (formal language) with customers.
∎ Knowledge about Effective Lead Generation Knowledge from the Internet.
∎ Basic sales knowledge to effectively pursue the customers.
∎ Communicate to the customer Direct/mobile, email, Messanger, Whats App to collects their requirements regarding to SMM, any IT Products, ITes, Software, ecommerce that our company offers
∎ willing to sell/sale promotion/Marketing/Branding regarding to SMM Services, any IT Products, ITes, Software, ecommerce that our company offers.
∎ Need to carry out all company/job responsibilities.
∎ willing to carry any office order/company duty in office time or out of office time if emergency needed.
∎ Be dedicated, Obedient, Pious. Maintain strong ethics and morality, strong bonding to the community.
∎ Strong willing to volunteering work for social awareness in community for Health, Human Rights, Environment, Education, ethical & economic development.
