∎ Work experience in following business area(s): Budget, forecast, business analysis, Financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial negotiation; Project accounting, financial management.
∎ Work Skill: Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint, and Reporting.
∎ Language skills: Fluent in English in all forms of communication
∎ Work attitude: Responsible, able handle work pressure, proactive, good at communication.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Involve deeply into business, provide professional financial solutions in the bidding phase of business project/Contract, review financial elements, design solution, and facilitate project acquisition;
∎ Identify risks, provide financial functional review comments with risk mitigation measures, quantify risks through estimation, and support decision-making by management;
∎ Make estimation and budget to set financial target;
∎ Complete monthly forecasting, monitor execution and, analyze gap and provide suggestion to mitigate gap & risks; raise requirements to achieve financial targets;
∎ Analyze project and business financial performance, report risks & exceptions, provide solution, and work with business team to implement improvement actions;
∎ Support data analysis, integrate business and finance work, and contribute to achieve financial targets;
∎ Check accounting data to ensure the accuracy of financial report, and support compliance operations;
∎ Maintain relationship with customer, negotiate and optimize Terms & conditions; work and coordinate with different business departments;
∎ Any other assignments as assigned by the management.
