Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibility :
∎ • Analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
∎ • Assist with drafting key investment documents: Placement Memorandum,
∎ Information Memorandum, and Investment Management Agreements.
∎ • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on investment trends.
∎ • Develop and implement strategies for our Alternative Investment Funds.
∎ • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial data and
∎ company potential.
∎ • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.
∎ Requirements:
∎ • Highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for finance and alternative investments.
∎ • Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA) in Finance (preferred), Economics, or Accounting (preferred).
∎ • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within an Alternative Investment Fund Management firm, Merchant Bank, or Investment institution.
∎ • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex financial data.
∎ • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and
∎ concise reporting and presentations.
∎ • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
∎ • Familiarity with business process modeling methodologies is a plus.
∎ • Possession of a relevant professional qualification, at any level (CFA, ACCA,
∎ CMA, CA) is a strong advantage.
