∎ Job function: Business Analyst
∎ Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate between business and engineering team Engage with customers, end-users, product managers, and internal subject matter experts to understand the key requirements and workflows
∎ Provide creative solutions to business requirements & problems for a better User Experience and translate these into easy-to-understand system requirements
∎ Create detailed use cases supporting functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criterion
∎ Work closely with development/test/regulatory/product/business teams in an agile environment to refine and support the development, testing, and release of functionality
∎ Support key internal cross-functional activities necessary for successful product release
∎ Develop technical proposals & documentations (i.e., white paper, case study, expertise in specific technology, architecture, etc.) based on R&D
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analysis/Product Analyst/Product Owner/Product Manager/Project Manager/Product Acceptance Analyst in the IT Industry or 2-4 years of experience in any Software Engineering lead role, such as SQA/Test Lead
∎ Experience with International clientele in Agile methodology will be considered as an added advantage
∎ Excellent analytical ability
