Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage with customers, end-users, and internal subject matter experts to understand the key requirements and workflows
∎ Provide creative solutions to business requirements & problems for a better user experience and translate these into easy-to-understand system requirements
∎ Work closely with development / test / regulatory / product / business teams in an agile environment to refine and support the development, testing, and release of functionality
∎ Support key internal cross-functional activities for successful product release
∎ Develop technical proposals & documentations based on R&D

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / SQA / Test Lead in the IT industry
∎ Experience with International clientele in Agile methodology will be considered as an added advantage
∎ Excellent analytical ability
