∎ Proven track record of identifying and executing successful business development projects.
∎ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing business.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed to support due diligence and portfolio company activities.
∎ This job is on a contractual basis and renewable based on performance.

∎ Network with potential business targets to source new opportunities.
∎ Provide strategic advice to portfolio companies on operational improvements.
∎ Assist in the development and execution of growth initiatives.
∎ Support portfolio companies on operational investments, growth initiatives and value creation plans.

In this pivotal role, you will identify, evaluate and execute business development and investment opportunities across various industries. You will work under the direct supervision of the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) stationed in Hong Kong, collaborating closely with our Bangladesh Operations team to explore new and promising business opportunities.
