Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or master's degree in Nutrition sciences, Public Health or Food Security.

Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the implementation of the BSFP/TSFP activities is conformed to sector, national and international standards and International guidelines.
∎ Supervise, monitor and evaluate the BSFP/TSFP activities of the nutrition program, to ensure goals and objectives of the program are fulfilled.
∎ Integrate BSFP and TSFP with health and nutrition service delivery processes in the Camps.
∎ Lead the implementation process of the tracking system for referrals from the BSFP/TSFP to OTP, to the SC, or other facility and liaise with the CNV supervisors and BSFP supervisors for the activities related to referral for every camps (e.g. follow up special cases, follow up transfer out to SC, etc.)
∎ Follow-up the performance indicators defined, reports on progress to his/her immediate supervisor (Nutrition PM), indicates difficulties encountered in project implementation, and proposes improvements or reorganization as needs basis.
∎ Ensure appropriate BSFP/TSFP tools are available and properly utilized by nutrition staffs, documents achievements and regular records and reports.
∎ With support from Database and reporting officer, make sure all BSFP/TSFP records are regularly filled and submitted (admission cases, database of counselled cases, etc.).
∎ Participate in the drafting of internal and external reports to his/her immediate supervisor (Nutrition PM) or/and the Health and nutrition Coordinator or other Tdh Program Managers.
∎ Participate in the improvement of M&E tools and indicators.
∎ Participate in follow-up and analysis of data, in collaboration with the Database and Reporting officer.
∎ Ensure the regular capacity building of the BSFP supervisors and OTP/TSFP supervisors, volunteers and different staffs.
∎ Participate in the identification of training gap and facilitate training under the project.
∎ Improve guidelines, standards operating procedures and capacity development in the area of BSFP/TSFP activities.
∎ Participate in the design of a BSFP/TSFP curriculum and program design based on existing guidance.
∎ Facilitate weekly meetings with program staff to regularly review program implementation and performance.
∎ Work in close collaboration with Community Outreach national coordinator, IYCF national coordinator and CMAM national coordinator.
∎ Attend relevant sector coordination meetings when required.
∎ Ensure strong coordination links with WFP and other implementing partners.
∎ Liaise with other humanitarian actors to maximize collaboration and ensure proper coordination of activities.
∎ Ensure daily comprehensive communication with key national nutrition sites staff in project locations for updates, and resource needs and support.
∎ Logistical and administrative support for BSFP/TSFP activities.
∎ Liaise with the nutrition manager on solving BSFP/TSFP management, and staff related issues
∎ Participate in the recruitment process of staff for BSFP/TSFP interventions
∎ Supports the nutrition manager in updating/ reviewing nutrition BSFP/TSFP staff job descriptions, ToRs and other documents when there is need
∎ Conduct staff appraisal that are directly under your supervision and support guidance to appraisal of staff indirectly under your supervision (staff under BSFP/TSFP supervisor guidance)
∎ Support logistics team to ensure adequate distribution of all BSFP/TSFP supplies, reporting tools, visibility to the nutrition centers; avoidance of stock-outs through close collaboration with the field logistician and nutrition manager
∎ Monitor and address needs for BSFP/TSFP activities in line with available budgets, considering the time and logistical constraints of the mission as well as the purchasing rules specific to the programs
∎ Holds self-accountable for making decisions, managing resources efficiently, achieving and role modeling Tdh values
∎ Creates an environment to lead, enable and maintain the culture of child safeguarding
∎ Ensure that project/s, methodologies, or selection criteria do not place beneficiaries, Tdh staff or any other persons in harm's way
∎ Alert his/her line manager without delay, in case of impending danger to teams and/or beneficiaries Develop and encourage new and innovative solutions
∎ Participate in the referral mechanisms/services within Tdh sites and with other outside services are optimally established and documented
∎ Uphold the image and values of Tdh
∎ Be honest, encourage openness and transparency, demonstrate highest levels of integrity.
∎ Undertake local and national level advocacy targeting other humanitarian actors, local authorities, ministries and the military as appropriate, on assessment and appropriate response to the BSFP/TSFP activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of field experience, including significant experience in managing food aid, CMAM programs and/or BSFP/TSFP.
∎ Work experience with other NGO's would be an asset.
∎ Good knowledge on Rohingya refugee programs.
∎ Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point presentations, and Excel spreadsheets).
∎ Strong interpersonal skills & excellent team player.
∎ Ability to manage a fair workload including emergencies.
∎ A commitment to excellence; attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work under stress in general, and in emergency situations in particular.
∎ Ability to adapt or change priorities according to the changing situation within a mission or the organization itself.
∎ Agree to comply with Tdh Code of Conduct and promote Child Safeguarding policy, Policy on the Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and the Policy on (Sexual) Harassment and Abuse of Authority.
∎ Report serious cases of abuse on children that she/he would be aware of in Tdh's intervention locations. Strict confidentiality must be respected.
∎ Adhere to and enforce current administrative and logistical regulations and procedures.
∎ Tdh intervenes without any affiliation for politics, religion or financial profit. He/she will direct his or her activities and engagements without preoccupation of political, racial or religious affiliation.

Salary: Tk. 89627 (Monthly)
