∎ Ability to work within a tight timeframe;
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill and able to work in a multicultural team;
∎ Motivated and prepared to work in the field areas in challenging conditions;
∎ Ability to communicate with the Rohingya population is preferred;
∎ Passionate about improving the lives of children;
∎ Non-discriminatory and gender sensitive
∎ Experience of working with NGO is preferred
∎ Good level of spoken and written English is preferred
