∎ At least 2 years of industry experience is required; strategic planning experience in advertising organization is preferred
∎ Proficient in conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior
∎ Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and marketing analytics tools

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute different branding strategies aligned with company vision
∎ Drive long-term brand strategy, implement short-term supportive goals
∎ Manage equity programs including ATL/BTL activations, PR, and media planning
∎ Execute brand activations programs including POSM, promotions, e-commerce, sampling .
∎ Plan for cost-effective strategies Optimize brand/media budget
∎ Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and generate post-execution reports
