Proven experience as a brand ambassador/promoter/sales associate is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be comfortable working in different environments (indoors/outdoors, retail spaces, events)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities & Context:
Promote the brand’s products/services at various events, retail stores, and public spaces
Engage with customers, distribute promotional materials, and answer product-related questions
Execute marketing campaigns and support brand activation initiatives
Collect feedback from consumers and report on customer engagement and satisfaction
Maintain in-depth knowledge of brand products and services
Set up and manage promotional booths, displays, and product demos
Assist in developing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and reporting
Monitor competitors’ promotional activities and market trends
Job Other Benifits:
Basic Salary BDT 10000+TADA BDT 5000+Incentive up to BDT 40000.
