Responsibilities & Context:
Majumder Products Ltd. is expanding its FMCG brand SWARNA across Bangladesh. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Brand Promoters / Salespersons, preferably from existing FMCG companies dealing in edible oil, to develop dealer networks and drive sales growth.
Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers to promote SWARNA products.
Generate orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers.
Ensure proper product display, visibility, and brand presence in outlets.
Introduce promotional schemes and new product launches.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer demand.
Coordinate with supervisors and office for order execution and recovery.
