Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate Degree (BBA/MBA graduate with major preferably in Marketing) from a reputed and UGC Approved University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate brand communication and campaign plans in line with yearly brand and business objectives in conjunction with other units.
∎ Brief the creative agency on campaign insights and directions for developing TV, digital, radio, press, outdoor and trade marketing and other branding and advertising touchpoint-based communication solutions.
∎ Maintain consistency of the brand assets and communication materials across all internal and external communication touchpoints.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for alignment and optimum presence in the communication touchpoints for each campaign - evaluate, develop, and guide the internal team regarding brand, internal engagements, content, partnerships across touchpoints where Banglalink is represented.
∎ For cross functional initiatives, evaluate proposals for brand fitness, and provide direction, along with communication materials, as needed.
∎ Guide agency to better connect with the brand and deliver.
∎ Encourage and direct the agency to explore and present ideas for brand development across all touchpoints.
∎ Ensure day to day operations are fluid, coordinate and follow-up for ensuring that communication deliverables are made on time and in full.
∎ Ensure professional rapport with external stakeholders and collaborate as needed.
∎ Facilitate and connect corporate communications and internal Employer Branding projects with the brand's overall vision.
∎ Assess trade requirements, coordinate with own team to develop effective materials for delivering the right message across markets.
∎ Closely work and collaborate with all Marcomm colleagues, to ensure proper and timely communication that is aligned and in sync

Additional Requirements:
∎ Academic Qualification Graduate Degree (BBA/MBA graduate with major preferably in Marketing) from a reputed and UGC Approved University Job Experience Required• 4-6 years working experience in brand communication or marketing with working knowledge of brand management, agency management and industry best practices Required Capabilities- Good understating of brand management, brand portfolio management, brand positioning, consumer insights, consumer and trade engagements, digital, and campaign planning
∎ Good understanding of media and communication touchpoints - including digital
∎ Insight driven: Understands consumer psyche, behavior and trends
∎ Storytelling ability: Channels the thinking with good presentation and interpersonal skills
∎ Learner mindset: Eager to learn and grow both on and off the job
∎ Strategic thinking: Holistic thinking in terms of strategy formulation and go-to-market plan
∎ Collaborative: Work as a team player or self-starter based on the situation
∎ Resourceful and solution-driven: manage and pivot strategies and approaches when necessary to address bottlenecks and problems
