∎ One of our Principal company which is renowned Multinational Stationary company is looking for Brand Manager for Bangladesh Operation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and analyse consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity.
∎ Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
∎ Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
∎ Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
∎ Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
∎ Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities Increasing product sales and market share.
∎ Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
∎ Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, etc.
∎ Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
∎ Devise innovative growth strategies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager , Stationary experience will get preferred.
∎ Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
∎ Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
∎ Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
∎ Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
∎ Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
∎ Outstanding communication skills
∎ Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
