Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Analytical ability, Digital marketing expert, Effective Communication, inbound, Report Writing, Research Design/ Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Market Research Firms, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devising and presenting creative digital marketing ideas
∎ Developing and executing inbound marketing strategies
∎ Managing social media and google pages and planning and executing campaigns for them
∎ Developing strategies for SMS and Email marketing campaigns, executing and measuring performance
∎ Executing event-related activities
∎ Measuring and reporting performance of all online and offline marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
∎ Monitoring performance of sales team and achieve monthly KPI
∎ Robust, effective, and efficient reporting & analysis to make correct decisions
∎ Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with clients’ trends, as well as trying to predict future prospects of the business
∎ Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns for both online and offline platforms
∎ Maintaining communication with colleagues across multiple departments for better outcomes
∎ Data analysis and reporting
∎ Other relevant duties handed over by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
