Job Context:
∎ A renowned Automobile Workshop, The Head Quarter is located in Tejgaon, an Industrial area of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Karl Benz Auto Care (KBAC) is an exclusive Computerized Automobile Service Organization. KBAC has different types of computerized diagnosis equipment & service for all kinds of vehicles. We have a long experience (around 25 years) inthe automobile service business including passenger and commercial segments.
∎ The Organization is now looking for a capable, energetic, and proactive individual to fill the position of Brand Manager -Partnership, Networking & Client Hunting
∎ Actively grow the number of accounts and overall business volume ensuring quality service for long-term retention of customers.
∎ Department: Automobile Service.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Role: Employ a consultative sales and service approach that focuses on building a long-term, value-based relationship with respective Public, Private companies, Multinational companies including NGOs, and customers, penetrating them for further business and maximizing the margin.
∎ Job Functions:
∎ Adherence to the organization's mission and vision
∎ Organization branding and partnership and networking linkages planning
∎ Visit Client's Office and Plant / Factory regularly
∎ Ensuring the availability of Karl Benz Auto Care services with a variety of multinational corporations, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, and other organizations, as well as courtesy frequent visits with their leaders or Senior Management Team and provide a report towards KBAC CEO
∎ Prepare Strategic marketing & branding plan for business growth
∎ Continual monitoring of the company's website
∎ Frequently updating as well as posting Karl Benz Auto Care service concerns/issues on Social Media platforms(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn)
∎ Sharing Karl Benz Auto Care's Business Profile and PowerPoint presentation with three(3) companies/agencies in at least three business days to ensure Karl Benz Auto Care's receipt by clients and report toCEOs of KBAC
∎ Ensure that the country's media are connected (with news media, print media, and public and private channels)
∎ Develop & Maintain relationships with key customers
∎ Execute Sales & Technical Presentations to customers
∎ Launch Customer Care Service initiatives
∎ Monthly reporting of Business Activity
∎ Gather and update Market Information to management
∎ Reports to CEO - KBAC.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years in B2B & Technical Sales Experience preferred.
∎ Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You-tube and LinkedIn) Experience preferred.
∎ IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Profit Bonus.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly (Depends on performance).
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).
