Job Context:
∎ Fit Elegance is a well-known & reputed brand (Suits/Blazers/Trousers/Tailoring) in Bangladesh. We have a wide range of work facility for part time & full time employee on its workspace. Now we are looking for some smart, energetic and well behaved personnel for our showroom, Factory & Head Office.
∎ Job location will be in Dhaka, Narayanganj & Chittagong .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, implements &executes successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market posting, pricing, promotion, advertising.)
∎ Analyze brand positioning & consumer insights
∎ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
∎ Creating designs and layouts for media outlets.
∎ Identify how our Brand is currently positioned in the market.
∎ Lead marketing team members through campaigns.
∎ Writing pitches, Blog, post Articles.
∎ Making decisions about the cost of branding &analyzing trends in customer spending.
∎ Leads to development of strategies and objectivesfor building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media fan conventions, influencers, journalists and media outlets &other marketing vehicles.
∎ Monitor market trends research customer markets and competitors activities.
∎ Oversee new and ongoing marketing &advertising activities.
∎ Collaborates with sales team for specific strategies for clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Smart, energetic, team worker, self-motivated & leadership. Should have the ability to work under pressure. Proven 5 year working Experience as brand Manager is highly appreciated. Any other experience like IT & E-commerce will be counted as an advantage.
