∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, E-commerce, Retail Store, Research Organization, Public Relation Companies, Newspaper/Magazine, Multinational Companies, Market Research Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working directly under the Managing Director/Director, responsible for planning, preparing and implementing brand and communication strategies and objectives.
∎ Managing a team of marketing professionals to implement strategic marketing plan.
∎ Liaising on a daily basis with marketing vendors and print, TV, radio media personnel, often via telephone and email;
∎ Writing content for brand promotions, press release etc.
∎ Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
∎ Visiting showrooms and retail points to ensure proper implementation of marketing promotion through own channels.
∎ Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs for opportunities for company.
∎ Managing events such as monthly sales meeting, annual conference, press conference, agreement signing ceremonies, exhibitions etc.
∎ Work across departments and functional roles

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Females are also encourage to apply
∎ At least 3 years in Brand & Communication/ PR/ Advertising and well connected with Print, TV, Magazines and Radio Channels.
∎ Exceptional writing skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Creative, strong organizational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
∎ Understand and support to develop long term business vision
∎ Recognize problems reacting quickly and effectively to resolve them
∎ Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences
∎ Ability to think 'outside the box'
