Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to take the challenge to create new branding image.
∎ Conduct Market Analysis and Forecasting: Continuously research demand trends and competitor movements, forecast future opportunities, and recommend actionable changes to product, pricing, and promotional tactics.
∎ Plan and Evaluate Promotions: Develop a monthly promotional calendar within budget, roll out activities on schedule, and rigorously measure their effectiveness to maximize ROI.
∎ Prepare Sales Budgets and Forecasts: Compile the annual sales budget and profit‑and‑loss statement for each product line, while projecting expected sales for the next fiscal year.
∎ Design and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement data‑driven marketing plans for both existing and newly assigned products, ensuring every initiative supports overall business objectives.
∎ Update Costing and Pricing: Recalculate product costs promptly when raw‑material prices or other key factors change, safeguarding margins and market competitiveness.
∎ Monitor Sales Performance: Track actual sales versus budget and targets in volume and value, and analyze the performance of each depot to identify gaps and improvement areas.
∎ Support Packaging Development: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design or enhance packaging for newly assigned products, aligning aesthetics and functionality with brand standards.
∎ Manage Promotional Materials and Stock Levels: Oversee the creation of promotional assets, ensure continuous product availability, and maintain optimal inventory across all depots.
∎ Gather Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular market visits to observe competitor activity, suggest corrective actions, and keep the marketing plan up to date.
