∎ Masters, Diploma
∎ BBA/MBA Degree preferably in Business Administration/Marketing with high academic attainment from recognized universities.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidates should have at least 5-7 years working experience in brand management in any reputed organization preferably with Bank/Financial Institute, of which working experience of 2 years with any advertising agency will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidates must also have experience in formulating corporate marketing strategies & promotional activities, contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief, developing design briefs and generating new ideas & concepts etc. Candidates having sound knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and illustrator will be given preference.
∎ Candidates must have strong analytical ability with excellent command over English & computer applications and must be energetic, dynamic and able to work independently & under pressure.
