Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and assess Sales & Distribution (S&D) requirements and coordinate with the team to develop effective materials for delivering the right message across markets while facilitating the branding materials to help increase the brand's maximum visibility in the retail environment
∎ Possess a proper understanding of the product (voice/data) and brief the creative agency for campaign insights, direction, core messaging, and all relevant factors for developing effective and relevant communication for all required category touchpoints including but not limited to TV, digital, radio, press, outdoor and trade marketing
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of category campaigns and brand KPIs through different evaluating parameters like awareness, consideration, ad recall, ad uplifts, etc, and ensure proper evaluation of all voice/data campaigns
∎ Develop the communication strategy and brand-aligned identity for all Digital Service products including but not limited to My BL App, AdTEch, Music, and Gaming, and brief the creative agency on all Digital Services campaigns, core message, and all relevant factors for developing differentiated communication strategies and creatives for television, radio, press, outdoor, digital and all other touchpoints
∎ Facilitate and connect Enterprise communications and B2B projects within the brand's overall vision and framework and evaluate and recommend activities that help to drive the Client acquisition aligned with the brand essence
∎ Guide the agency to better connect with the brand categories and encourage and direct the agency to explore and present ideas that are relevant to the market and the consumer across all touchpoints

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-7 years of working experience in brand or marketing with working knowledge of brand management, trade, and retail marketing, B2B marketing, digital marketing, and digital ecosystem, agency management, and leadership as well as industry best practices
∎ Good understating of brand management, brand positioning, consumer insights, consumer and trade engagements - campaign planning & messaging, the commercial impact of brand activities, and driving brand performance parameters in digital and retail
∎ Good understanding of media and communication touchpoints for optimum integration
∎ Insights driven: Understands consumer psyche, behavior & trends
∎ Storytelling: Channels the thinking with good presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and CXOs
∎ Learner mindset: Eager to learn and grow both on and off the job
∎ Strategic thinking: Holistic thinking in terms of strategy formulation & go-to-market planning with a good understanding of the trade and retail environment
∎ Creative: Provides unique and relevant solutions to problems and is self-reliant
∎ Sound Experience in agency and stakeholder management
∎ Good understanding of industry best practices
∎ Thorough knowledge of preparing business cases and analysis of Return on Investment and NPV
