Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall sales and administrative supervision of the appointed outlet.
∎ Ensure retail profitability and maintain retail security and hygiene.
∎ Handling customers with the highest priority and providing satisfactory service.
∎ Lead the sales team of the outlet with a professional approach to achieve sales targets.
∎ From time-to-time reporting to the line manager/supervisor.
∎ Maintain good communication with all key customers.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams for planning and execution.
∎ Align with specific Sales & Marketing objectives, overall strategies and action plan.
∎ Always shown positive attitude and dedication for company instructions
