  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, digital reporting tools). 

  • Willingness to travel frequently and engage directly with community members.        

  • Ability to adapt to diverse situations and handle challenges in field operations.     

  • High level of integrity, accountability, and respect for organizational values.

  • Prior experience (internship, volunteering, or work) in microfinance, development, education, or health-related programs will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

CDIP is a national-level NGO MFI dedicated to promoting sustainable development through inclusive Microfinance services, health initiatives, and educational interventions. With 240 branches across 30 districts, CDIP has been transforming lives by empowering communities for over two decades.

To groom future leaders in the development sector, CDIP is looking for dynamic and committed individuals for its Branch Manager Trainee (BMT) designed to provide fast-track career growth in core operational areas.        

Key Responsibilities:

  • Microfinance Operations: Learn and manage group formation, loan disbursement & recovery, savings collection, and branch-level financial reporting.

  • Branch Administration: Ensure accurate record keeping, compliance with policies, staff supervision, and smooth day-to-day branch operations.

  • Leadership Development: Gain hands-on experience in managing teams, motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and preparing to take on the role of Branch Manager.

  • Community Programs: Support and promote CDIP’s health and education initiatives alongside microfinance, ensuring integrated service delivery at the community level.

  • Growth Path: After successful training, take full responsibility for branch operations as Branch Manager and contribute to CDIP’s mission of sustainable development.



Job Other Benifits:
    • During Probation Period (6 months): Monthly consolidated allowance of BDT 29,000.00.

    • After Successful Completion: Absorption as Branch Manager with gross salary ranging from BDT 35,455.00.

    • Mobile Allowance, Travel Allowance, Provident Fund, Festival Bonuses, Performance Bonus.

    • Rapid career progression based on performance.
