Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides exceptional customer service and ensures the store employees also provide the same level of service
∎ Maintains store operations by initiating, coordinating operational and organizational policies and procedures
∎ Maintains store employees sales focus by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
∎ Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management
∎ Manages employee turnover and handles employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
∎ Manage stock levels and recommends regarding stock control
∎ Conducts regular meetings to keep in touch with individual responsibilities, store discipline, and customer service
∎ Ensures that interior, exterior and visual merchandising of store is maintained to company standards
∎ Analyzes sales figures, customer needs, buying trends, and forecasts future sales
∎ Handles cash register and banking functions such as making bank deposits
∎ Maintains store's cleanliness and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
∎ Handle cashier duties by taking cash or credit cards in exchange of goods sold
∎ Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
