Drive revenue growth through effective merchandising and space optimization
Strengthen local market presence and brand visibility
Analyze KPIs, sales performance, and customer insights
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Ensure superior customer experience and service quality
Maintain inventory control, cost management, and operational efficiency
