∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Dhrubotara Youth Development Foundation (DYDF) is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to community development, youth engagement, and volunteerism, and we are seeking dynamic Branch Managers (Microcredit Program) for different branches to drive positive change in the areas of socio-economic development and capacity building in Bangladesh through Youth development approach.
∎ This position will be based in Chapainawabganj, Noakhali, Barguna, Bagerhat, Panchagarh and management will be responsible for assigning job location based on their own strategy. The Dhrubotara Youth Development Foundation (DYDF) has received a primary license from the Microcredit Regulatory Authority this year and started initial operations, trying to grow based on the authority guidance and MRA law, innovative and inclusive approaches, and its own strong policies.
∎ The post holder will lead the branch and entire financial target base operations for achieving: 1) Good clients, borrowers and creating savings groups based on the MRA conditions, 2) Strengthen team for target wise profitability and secured investments, risk mitigations and 3) Managing various reporting of regulatory authority and day to day branch management, ensuring effective coordination. 4) Creating market value, managing customers, collections with day to day compliances.
∎ This position will be based in the field office. S/he will report to the Director/Deputy Director/CEO. S/he will be responsible for management of the branch office and quality implementation over the assignment period as per plan and budget with full accountability and transparency. Frequently, this position will participate and organize all relevant meetings of the organization and will maintain networking with different level stakeholders. This position will be responsible for supervision, monitoring of field implementation and maintaining functional, financial relationships. S/he will move to regularly and support the branch staff and others on organizing events. Target wise achievement`s, strong personality, commitments, hardworking and team management capacity is expected with sound IT knowledge with understanding of credit program, MRA law and circulars.

∎ Working Condition:
∎ Based in local offices at Chapainawabganj, Noakhali, Barguna, Bagerhat, Panchagarh (Management will assign the location based on scopes)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, monitor and evaluate day-to-day activities of field implementation as per directive.
∎ Responsible for planning and organizing all relevant events and supporting the field team for quality implementation of microcredit programs. Group formation, collections management and risk mitigations.
∎ As its very new wing for DYDF, enough capacity and dedication, clear understanding and startup level management skill is required based on present market situation and possible risk factors management skills expected.
∎ MRA Law & Financial policy wise entire microcredit activities, compliance and branch management and financial performance of the projects in accordance with DYDF credit manual and MRA law.
∎ Build networks and collaborations with other NGOs, government agencies, private sectors and relevant stakeholders to advocate for promotional events and engagement with private sector agencies, NGOAB, BB, Banks, MRA, and Registration authorities. Responsible for overall financial management of the branch and ensuring growth in line with DYDF objective and goal.
∎ Budgeting, procurement management, all kinds of banking transactions Donor wises all kinds of financial reporting, budget negotiations and communications, related documentation, ensuring smart management.
∎ Supporting credit and branch programs under DYDF in development of strategic planning, monthly/quarterly/yearly plan and overall management of credit program, software management, MIS management, audit management, donor wise reporting, documentation, project design, funding scope hunting Supporting IGA and Microcredit program financial policy wise. Team management as per head office guideline and related policies
∎ Proper team formation, correct beneficiary selection as per policy and ensuring collections target wise.
∎ Ensure timely support for all programs and ensuring quality field operations
∎ Audit readiness and all kind of documentation, bookkeeping, software base activities management for ensuring transparency
∎ Reviewing all financial and logistic information on a periodic basis and updating the head office with proper recommendations.
∎ Playing role in representing organization in various audiences for related negotiation's, project meeting and program progress, achievements of other important duties assigned by the authority on need basis.
∎ All kinds of payment management and cost analysis with accounting cycle wise financial process management.
∎ Capacity enhancement and strategic plan development for growth and financial, documentation development.
∎ Need base project site visit to ensure quality, transparency and donor requirements along with profit maximization.

∎ Adherence to and support DYDF Bangladesh's Safety and Security policy and systems:
∎ As part of this role, the job holder will be expected to adhere to and support DYDF Bangladesh's Safety and Security policy and gender policy etc as part of their day to day duties, and comply, at all times, to safety & security protocols and directives should be adhered to. Staff must maintain situational and self - awareness and be aware of the safety - security related consequences.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) managerial /coordinator level experiences in any national/ regional level microfinance institution and experience in Branch wise credit program management
∎ Clear understanding about MRA law and credit operations, reporting
∎ Experience in microcredit planning, field implementation and coordination.
∎ Bike Driving /Cycle driving capacity will add extra value
∎ Effective coordination and collaboration with stakeholder, financial institutions and private sector.
∎ Interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills. Software management capacity is mandatory.
∎ Excellent writing and speaking skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Self-motivated and self-driven individuals and ability to ensure successful credit programs based on law.
∎ Good team building, marketing skills and documentation experiences.
∎ Willingness to work in flexible hours is a critical requirement for this role.
∎ Should be dedicated to daily task completion based on targets.
∎ Computer MS operation and report writing capacity, practical clear knowledge in Excel.

Salary:
∎ BDT 35000 with HR policy wise other facilities and two festival bonuses. (Yearly performance wise appraisal system applicable)
