TAHA LIFE STYLE is looking for dynamic, skilled, and experienced Branch Managers to lead our Brand Shop operations across Bangladesh. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily showroom activities, achieving sales targets, managing teams effectively, and ensuring excellent customer service in line with brand standards.
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations efficiently and ensure sales targets are achieved on a regular basis.
Supervise and guide sales team members to maximize performance.
Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Monitor product stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure availability.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain discipline and enforce company policies within the branch.
Coordinate with the sales team and conduct regular staff meetings to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.
Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
Report branch performance and challenges to higher management on a regular basis.
