Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any field (Preferably in Commerce/ Business Studies)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take charge of an outlet and manage the sales and day to day administration work of that particular branch.
∎ Branch Manager will be responsible for all the transactions (products, financial and others) of a particular shop.
∎ Have sound leadership capabilities and quality to maintain the sales team.
∎ Discover business opportunities by identifying target market and evaluating their position in the industry.
∎ Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
∎ Strong idea about the present Electronics Market, competitors and their offerings.
∎ Gather proper knowledge about all the products sold in the outlet.
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Have the capacity to make credit sales and maintain 100% collection record.
∎ Addressing customer satisfaction issues promptly.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) as Branch Manager in home appliance or electronics industry
∎ Sufficient knowledge of home appliance or electronics products
∎ Must have a proven record in the Sales and Marketing.
∎ Ability to meet sales monthly and annual targets and goals
∎ Must have great communication skills.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and be capable to use Company ERP software.
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English is a must.
