Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leadership & Management: Lead the Dhaka branch office, overseeing daily operations and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.
∎ Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions. Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support throughout the application process.
∎ Counseling & Guidance: Provide expert advice to prospective students regarding course selection, university applications, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities. Tailor services to meet individual student needs and aspirations.
∎ Marketing & Outreach: Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the branch’s services, including organizing informational seminars, workshops, and outreach programs to attract potential students. Build partnership with B2B to serve more students.
∎ Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service.
∎ Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate branch performance metrics, including student recruitment numbers and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular reports for management to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations and company policies. Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all dealings
