Education:
∎ Post-graduation degree from reputed university with no third division/class or equivalent CGPA in any academic result.
∎ Post-graduation degree from reputed university with no third division/class or equivalent CGPA in any academic result.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ 7 to 20 years’ of experience in Branch Banking including 2 to 5 years as Branch Manager.
∎ Applicants who have started his/her career as MTO will be given preference.
∎ The candidates must have exposure and experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business development.
∎ Knowledge of Banking & finance best practices that include GB, Credit, Foreign Trade, AML, and management of core risks well conversant with laws and regulatory guidelines and instructions of Bangladesh Bank
∎ Analytical ability with excellent sales, customer service and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent leadership, managerial communication skills with strong interpersonal relationship
∎ Applicant having break of service need not apply.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Experience Requirements:

∎ Responsible for managingBranch portfolio and achieve business target with the focus of creating new business, maintaining existing clients, achieving the sustainable profit target, ensure compliance in business operation and meet the target of Branch
∎ Maintain close liaison with all stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring smooth functioning of daily Banking operations of the Branch with sufficient compliance .
∎ Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with the steady & sustainable growth
∎ Playing key role for delivering financial & banking solutions that meet customer's needs
∎ Ensure effective process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements.
∎ Leading, coaching and managing Branch people, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations.
∎ Employment Status: Permanent in the rank from EO to SEVP.
