∎ At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years Experience in any reputed Commercial/ Islamic Bank with a minimum of 2 years of experience as Branch Manager;
∎ Excellent academic track record having masters in business or any other related disciplines along with deep knowledge in economics, finance & banking.
∎ Ability to take challenge, achieve target and give all effort for ensuring excellence in Banking;
∎ Must be highly committed to customer service, marketing and business development;
∎ Must have sound knowledge about General Banking/ Credit/ Investment/ Foreign Exchange/ Business Operations/ Risk Management and Credit/Investment Administration with a pro-active approach as well as good employee administration;
∎ Should have knowledge on core banking & other banking software;
∎ Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Partnership Act, Bangladesh Artha Rin Adalat, Negotiable Instrument Act, Regulatory Guidelines, Laws and acts, etc;
∎ Must have potentials to build & maintain high level of customer relations along with excellent problem solving skills.
