We are seeking for an Branch In-Charge who will be responsible for the safety and operations of the indoor playground while maintaining all Babuland principles such as fast, clean and service orientation. As an active team member, you will be in direct interaction with guests, leads and supervisors on a daily basis for who you will need to keep a friendly and open mind at all times.

Management of the following teams:

1. Playground Attendants Team (aprx 10 members) Reception & Ticketing Team (aprx 3 members) Kitchen, Cleaning & Security Team (aprx 3 members)
2. Scheduling staff rotation as per the flow of clients and capacity utilization
3. Maintain 100% cleanliness of the facility
4. Smooth flow of operations during birthday events, occasional events or School parties.
5. Compose branch sales projection report & follow up to achieve
6. Check for regular equipment management & follow up with the concerned team to fix
7. Execute branch operations with proper
8. Compliance maintaining liaised to Compliance Dept.
9. Handle branch cash & execute cash management with concern dept.
10. Implement Branch Marketing policy Oversee F&B operations
11. Hiring & training branch staff Stock Management Cooperation with Head Office
