∎ Take initiatives for smooth customer service
∎ Look after complaint issues
∎ Report to relevant stakeholders·
∎ Generate new ideas to develop optimal customer service
∎ Making payments and receiving cash efficiently, and flawlessly; within the shortest possible time
∎ Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by Service Excellence in the Cash Area
∎ Achieving assigned business targets set by the Management
∎ Remaining aware of fake notes, fraudulent transactions and Money Laundering while providing service
∎ Necessary maintenance/ Cash loading/ Reconcile of ATM
∎ Look after branch SME business-related issues
∎ Report to relevant authorities (internal & external)
∎ Generate new ideas to ensure balanced business growth
∎ General Banking:
∎ Take initiatives for smooth customer service
