∎ Master/PhD in Biotechnology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Research and Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research Planning: Develop research plans and methodologies to address specific scientific questions or problems.
∎ Design experiments and procedures to test hypotheses and collect data.
∎ Experimentation: Conduct laboratory experiments using various techniques and equipment.
∎ Analyze and interpret experimental results to draw conclusions.
∎ Data Analysis: Use statistical methods and software to analyze data obtained from experiments.
∎ Prepare and present data in a clear and understandable manner.
∎ Instrumentation: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
∎ Stay current with advances in instrumentation and technology relevant to the field.
∎ Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate records of experimental procedures, observations, and results.
∎ Prepare reports, papers, or presentations summarizing research findings.
∎ Collaboration:
∎ Collaborate with other researchers, scientists, and interdisciplinary teams.
∎ Attend conferences and seminars to stay informed about the latest developments in the field.
∎ Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all experiments comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
∎ Handle and dispose of chemicals and hazardous materials according to safety standards.
∎ Literature Review: Stay current with relevant scientific literature.
∎ Incorporate existing knowledge and research into new projects.
∎ Problem-Solving: Identify challenges or obstacles in research projects and develop solutions.
∎ Troubleshoot and address issues that arise during experiments.
∎ Continuous Learning: Stay informed about advancements in the field through continued education and professional development.
∎ Attend workshops, training programs, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge in routine lab analysis
∎ Must have excellent analytical ability & knowledge on computer skill
∎ Must have good communication skill both in English and Bengali
