Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Masters in any discipline. Commerce background preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to use billing software installed in the hospital
∎ Able to generate invoice bill by scrutinizing patients’ particulars diagnosis carefully and then make invoice.
∎ Should able to prepare IPD and OPD bills via in hospital software as per patients cost sheet and the company policy.
∎ Submitting Daily cash collections and other financial reports to the Accounts Department.
∎ Providing information to patients regarding price of the medical services, various packages and other hospital facilities.
∎ Maintaining patients outstanding bill files properly and also collection them by talking to patients or patient attendants.
∎ Must be respectful to Patients and their Attendants.
∎ Able to prepare financial reports prepared as per Management Requirement.
∎ Have to follow the orders given by the management.
∎ Comply to other assignments/duties order by the authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements : Minimum 2-3 years in a reputed hospital
∎ Candidates should require computer skills in basic programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Able to perform well under pressure.
∎ Have to have good work ethics & perform diligently.
∎ Versatile, honest and smart in nature.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Willingness to change the Job location as per requirement.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
