• Educational Background: A degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science, or a certified background in Medical Aesthetics/Cosmetology is highly preferred.

• Experience: Proven experience in client handling, preferably within luxury beauty clinics or high-end retail.

• Communication: Excellent command of English and Bangla. Must be able to communicate complex beauty concepts with clarity and grace.

• Personal Attributes: o Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. o A deep passion for the Korean beauty industry. o Highly presentable with a focus on professional grooming and skincare.

• Aptitude: Ability to handle high-net-worth individuals with patience and professionalism.

• High-End Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for premium/VIP clients, ensuring a luxury service experience.

• Professional Consultation: Analyze client skin types and beauty concerns to recommend suitable Korean beauty products and medical support treatments.

• Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our Korean product line and the science behind medical-grade beauty procedures.

• Sales & Relationship Building: Drive brand loyalty through personalized follow-ups and expert skincare advice.

• Brand Representation: Maintain a polished, elegant, and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the premium nature of the company.
