∎ Good understanding of telecom market and impact of macro-economic changes -
∎ Sound knowledge of customer segmentation, regional segmentation & pricing methodology -
∎ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint -
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills -
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill -
∎ Team player and performance centric attitude
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive High Value segment business objectives working with voice business and internet team under the supervision of unit head with company goal & strategy
∎ Plan, strategize, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely launch and flawless cvm campaigns, upgradation program and nurture HV Segment.
∎ Drive High Value project to ensure the project KPIs and its execution.
∎ Planning and driving rotation program to increase % share of active base
∎ Provide relevant offers to rotation segment to ensure engagement and reduce churn
∎ Study and analyze different innovative customer base management practices globally, try and utilize the right service platforms efficiently.
∎ Study the Charging and different Campaign management platforms rigorously to come up with innovative contextual campaigns utilizing different available features and attributes within the capability.
∎ Regular and ad-hoc product performance reporting and analysis to improve product performance visibility. -
∎ Develop presentations on business insight, trends and forecasts and share reports marketing leadership.
