Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in computer science
∎ Skills Required: CloudTrail, CloudWatch, EC2, ELB, JavaEE, Route53, vpc
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and build infrastructure in AWS cloud environment.
∎ Write Terraform and CloudFormation scripts to automate operations and server management.
∎ Proposes cloud solutions based on business and technology considerations, and suitable alternatives to satisfy customer needs.
∎ Assist in the development and management of the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes.
∎ Aid in the creation of automated troubleshooting capabilities across multiple cloud providers.
∎ Help maintain cross-platform tooling across multiple cloud providers.
∎ Works to integrate cloud solutions with existing enterprise tools and systems
∎ Analyzes the current enterprise architecture to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement using cloud solutions.
∎ Acts as a subject matter expert on technologies and trends in cloud solutions architecture.
∎ Performs evaluations of enterprise cloud technology standards, tools, products, and solutions to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Keeps abreast of emerging cloud technologies and evaluates vendor offerings to determine best fit for business needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experience with building and maintaining production environments in large-scale consumer enterprises.
∎ At least 4 years of practical experience with most if not all of the following components of AWS: VPC, EC2, ELB, EBS, Route53, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, IAM, Redshift, Direct Connect, RDS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, EMR
∎ Experience with high availability and scalability in AWS
∎ At least one of the following certifications: Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, or any professional level AWS certification.
∎ Must have 4+ years of development experience in JavaEE
∎ Proficient in shell scripting.
∎ Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, Ansible, etc.).
∎ Experience in developing Infrastructure as Code (IAC) with AWS CloudFormation and/or Terraform.
∎ Experience in developing Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines in Jenkins.
∎ Proficient in creating technical documentation & diagrams using Visio or similar.
