∎ Strong mindset to work hard & regular field visit.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
∎ Proven track record of meeting sales targets (preferred).
∎ Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
∎ Knowledge of the education sector and educational software solutions (advantageous).
∎ Willingness to travel within Bangladesh for client meetings.
∎ Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Proficient in computer and internet literacy.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and engage potential clients (School, College, University, Coaching Center, Training Institute, Govt. Body & Association) to promote our software solutions & SaaS.
∎ Generate leads through research, networking, calling, digital outreach & field visit (must).
∎ Conduct product demonstrations to showcase software values and address client needs.
∎ Build and maintain strong positive relationships with clients.
∎ Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by managing the sales pipeline effectively.
∎ Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring seamless client onboarding.
∎ Collaborate with marketing, product, technical support teams to align sales strategies to achieve business goals.
∎ Provide customer feedback to the development/product team for product improvement.
∎ Prepare sales reports and forecasts to monitor progress and performance.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Software Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating leads, and expanding our market reach for our software & SaaS.
