∎ Candidates having completed the CA (CC)/ course from a reputed CA firm along with knowledge level/certificate level certification will be given preference.

∎ The applicants should have knowledge on IAS, IFRS, Insurance Act & rule, IDRA Circulars, Income Tax Act-2023, Vat Act-2012 and other relevant laws of Bangladesh.
∎ Hardworking, honest & straight forward.
∎ Proactive & willing to take challenge.
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS-Office i.e. Excel & Word etc.
∎ Detail oriented and able to understand & follow instructions in right perspective.
∎ The applicants should have knowledge on IAS, IFRS, Insurance Act & rule, IDRA Circulars, Income Tax Act-2023, Vat Act-2012 and other relevant laws of Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare the 1st Quarter, 2nd Quarter, 3rd Quarter and Annual Accounts of the Company.
∎ To prepare the realistic Budget of the Branches.
∎ To check and sign all cash payment vouchers and cheque payment vouchers after necessary checking & ensuring proper heads of Accounts.
∎ To look after and ensure payment of all agency commission.
∎ To ensure monthly payment of premium VAT.
∎ To ensure recording of proper books of accounts as required by law including fixed asset register.
∎ To calculate and pay quarterly advance tax of the Company.
∎ To assist the statutory and special audits. To maintain all the rules and regulations of the Company & Rules and Regulations of IDRA and ensure financial payments timely.
∎ To ensure departmental cooperation and functioning.
∎ To ensure maintenance of proper books of accounts and timely submission of financial, administrative and other information to the IDRA & other regulatory authorities.
∎ To manage efficiently and effectively the Company’s fund and take appropriate steps to prohibit, minimize & probable misuse of fund.
∎ To assist the CFO as and when required.
∎ To administer the Accounts & Finance Department in absence of the CFO.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the CEO & CFO from time to time.
