    • Printing & Stationery related works.

  • Should be Honest, Proactive, & Straight forward.

  • Knowledge on Insurance Act., Rule, IDRA Circulars & Other relevant laws of Bangladesh.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to understand the functions of Judge Court & High Court.

  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel & Word, Internet Browsing & email correspondences.

  • Ability to work under pressure and for extended hours.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadline.



Responsibilities & Context:

South Asia Insurance Company Ltd. is well reputed non-life Insurance Company in Bangladesh having unique corporate & congenial working environment is looking for ambitious, confident, highly motivated and energized individuals for the appointment in the following Position.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the growth and sustainability of the Company’s assets and liabilities through analysis of balance sheet; provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, growth & diversification.
  • Immediate response for supporting all the branch of the Company.
  • Monitoring Branch Rental Deed, Licence, Bima Stamp etc.
  • Monitoring Printing & stationary and maintain register.
  • Managing the procurement process and supply base.
  • Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the organization’s goals through effective strategies.
  • Maintain and update annually standing lists of registered tenderers required by the procuring entity;
  • Prepare, publish and distribute procurement and disposal opportunities including invitations to tender, pre-qualification documents and invitations for expressions of interest;
  • Co-ordinate the evaluation of tenders, quotations and proposals;
  • Implement the decisions of the procurement, tender and disposal committees, including coordinating all activities of these committees;
  • Co-ordinate internal monitoring and evaluation of the supply chain function;
  • Any other works as required by the management.
