Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

• Diploma holders with strong practical automation skills will also be considered

• 1 to 4 years

• 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in automation, integrations, or IT systems support

• Practical skills in n8n (or similar platforms like Zapier, Make, Workato)

• Experience connecting apps like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, CRM, or ERP systems

• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and JSON data handling is a strong plus

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to document workflows clearly

• Fluent in English and Bangla (written & spoken)

• Team player, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing tech environment

FinalFlow is hiring an Automation Specialist to support the development of workflow automations for clients and internal operations. This is a full-time, remote (work from home) position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and maintain automation workflows in n8n

• Integrate business tools (ERP, CRM, Google Sheets, Slack, Email, etc.)

• Troubleshoot and monitor automations to ensure smooth operation

• Document workflows for team use and client reporting

• Work closely with project leads to translate business needs into digital solutions
