Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Com. or BBA with CGPA 2.5 out of 4 with computer skill in MS Word in Bengali and English/Excel/ Power Point

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vouching of revenue & capital expenditures and recognizing of income with reference to the relevant documents
∎ Preparation of primary data sheet for each area of audit review to help facilitate to develop the audit findings
∎ Collection of evidence in support of audit observations and findings
∎ Issuance of audit requisition and its follow up to have delivery of files and documents and keeping a record for its return to the auditee departments after completing audit process
∎ Taking of necessary arrangements to hold pre-audit meeting and audit exit meeting between auditee department and audit team
∎ Assist to perform financial, operational and compliance audit tests as per audit guidelines
∎ Assist to reconcile documents at the time of reviewing the working papers to prepare the draft audit report at the field level audit
∎ Assist in any special investigation to be carried out for any irregularities.
∎ Assist in the process of developing the audit work plan
∎ Assist to maintain the record for audit follow up action taken by the auditee departments for future necessary action
∎ Any other activities related to internal audit as and when HIAC assigns

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Audit department in a reputed organization is highly preferable
