Educational Requirements:
∎ CA (CC) or CMA partly completed or BBA, MBA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and Payment made in daily basis transaction.
∎ Necessary Journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
∎ Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Debtors creditors etc.
∎ Monitor & Control of different balances of Debtors, Creditors, Advance & Pre-payments, Dues etc.
∎ Monitor different expense accounts & follow-up the related reports & update the management timely.
∎ Participate & Assist in Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement, daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly different type of reports in software & Excel.
∎ Follow-up daily cashbook, receive & payment report and submit to Management. Prepare cost sheet to receive the L/C.
∎ Analysing actual manufacturing costs and preparing reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Take responsibility for the company's income Tax, TDS and VAT related activities.
∎ Monthly, quarterly Income Statement and yearly Financial Report and submit to the management through software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Good knowledge in English spiking, Written & Presentation skill;
∎ Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
∎ Excellent leadership & Team Management skill;
∎ Have good knowledge in production Store Maintenance, Procurement & Marketing.
∎ Applicant should have knowledge in the following areas Accounting & Finance Costing, Banking, Vat, Tax, Fund Management, Budgeting and Foreign LC.
