Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales target.
∎ Make a plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ Monitoring market activities.
∎ Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
∎ Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
∎ Preparing reports regarding sales and others in the end of every working day.
∎ Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target.
∎ Maintain an updated knowledge of company's goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing
∎ Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
∎ Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base
∎ Assist sales managers in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings
∎ Monitor the performance of sales staff to spot work areas that require improvement
∎ Recommend and implement training programs for sales reps and team to improve their work efficiency

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 to 5 years practical working experience in the same or similar position in a First Class Hotel.
∎ Excellent communication skill and fluency in English is mandatory.
∎ Should have excellent computer knowledge of MS word, excel, power point, e-mail etc.
∎ Ability to develop an interpersonal relationship within and outside the organization.
∎ Effective leadership skills.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and guest-focused team player.

Salary: Negotiable
