∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the preparation of Management Report as required.
∎ Maintain Bank Balance information, Petty cash and Journal records.
∎ Check bills, Vouchers and ensure settlement of payable.
∎ Preparation to trial balance stage of Statement of Income and Expenditure and Financial Position.
∎ Reconcile bank statements.
∎ Prepare and post monthly journals.
∎ Assist with banking processes.
∎ Manage/monitor refunds/payments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Operation & Data Management/supervisor of Financial Software.
∎ Should have experience in Fund Management.
∎ Knowledge about corporate reporting, taxation, risk management and regulatory issues.
∎ Advance Excel knowledge is critical for this position.
∎ Should be a team player.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
