• PGD SCM/ CSCM will be given preferred.

1. Reconcile supplier ledger & ensure balance agreed up on both sides.
2. Ensure VAT & TAX compliant procurement.
3. Must have strong analytical & practical knowledge of the ERP system.
4. Have to have strong knowledge upon Garment materials sourcing.

• Plan, organize, control & manage complete procurement cycle to ensure supply chain surplus.      

• Developing dynamic procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.       

• Analyzing the market & competitors to implement effective strategy.

• Provide overall supervision and coordination of staff and activities.

• Communicating and negotiating with vendors to land more profitable deals.

• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.        

• Coordinate with other departments for justified material requisitions.

• Overseeing and monitoring the RM, Refractories & Consumables stock position for executing optimum stock level.

• Review comparative statement (CS) and assist Management to select the vendors by ensuring the best purchase deal in terms of quality & quantity of products and service level.
