Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Social Work, Population Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics or any other relevant subject from Public Universities.
Job Context:
∎ The person of this position will be worked closely with potential clients of diversified areas related Industry to identify and implement development and socio economic research project independently. S/he will be worked for attaining & implementing social Research Project for local and International clients/partners as core responsibilities.
∎ Job Nature: Full-time (6 working days in Week -Sunday -Friday, and Saturday off)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attain and maintain close relationship with top level management of prospective industry and corporate houses by visiting them regularly to understand clients' requirements for social research.
∎ Develop research proposal, submit & present proposal, negotiate and deal closely with the clients and to lead the implementation of the projects as a team leader and writing reports.
∎ Prepare the research plan & budget independently based on client's requirement and share with the management for execution.
∎ Analyze regularly the circular of research work published in the Daily's and floated in websites for searching RFP, RFQ, EOI and prepare & submit research proposal as per client's requirements within timeline.
∎ Ensure submission of report with stipulated time through proper supervision and follow-up of fieldwork i.e. data collection procedure.
∎ Conduct oversees research projects, analyzes results and provides recommendations based on findings if needed.
∎ Write research reports and articles for national and international journals individually and in groups, and represent the company in various forums through dissemination, discussions and presentation.
∎ Develop capacity of research & field team by providing required training and guide them to deliver quality product for clients.
∎ Build & maintain close relationship with consultants of each research project for making the project successful.
∎ Work closely with Managing Director/Directors of company to enhance company profitability and to achieve the Goal set by Management for social research wing.
∎ Supervise and guide work forces to conquest new projects and to maintain quality of running projects.
∎ Prepare & submit monthly and quarterly reports as per management requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ At least 1-3 years in managerial/supervisory position, with strong experience in both Qualitative and Quantitative research including retail audit and clients dealing.
∎ At least 4-6 year(s) of proven record experience in handling social and development research projects, dealing directly with clients.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Research Design/ Analysis, Survey Design/ Planning, Research Proposal Preparation, Report Writing, Data Analysis, Presentation and Client dealings.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Consulting Firms, social research Firms, NGOs etc.
