Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the specifications and models of responsible materials, get familiar with relevant standards of responsible materials, and control the requirements and delivery date of purchase orders.
∎ Be familiar with the market trends of responsible materials, understand the market trends of relevant materials, reduce procurement costs, and submit the tracking Status Sheet of raw materials and market survey report every month.
∎ Follow the procurement principle of appropriate price, timely and appropriate amount, organize engineering and quality control personnel to review and assess suppliers, and timely update the relevant list of Qualified Suppliers.
∎ Cooperate with PMC department to purchase raw materials in place to ensure smooth production. And prepare abnormal material delivery information feedback form.
∎ Follow up key materials and solve abnormal incoming materials timely.
∎ Will be good spoken in English.
∎ Must be skill in excel of computer.
