Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work within a team.
∎ Monitoring and assign job to the team members.
∎ Increasing Showroom's Retail Sales.
∎ Responsible for achieving the monthly, half-yearly & yearly sales target.
∎ Maintain daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.
∎ Develop a relationship with retail clients.
∎ Collecting market information and conducting promotional activities.
∎ Co-ordinating with Accounts and other relevant departments.
∎ Grooming & training showroom sales team members.
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers.
∎ Ability to handle customer and satisfy them with manner to increase the showroom sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store. Applicants from Aarong, Sailor, Gentle Park, Demand will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Sales and Showroom operations.

∎ Outstanding presence of mind with dynamic decision-making capability.
∎ Solid analytical abilities, good presentation and convincing skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have computer proficiency and handling sales related software.
