∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ or MBA in Commerce Discipline

∎ Strong communication skills, both written and oral.·
∎ Ability to manage stress and responsibility.·
∎ Microsoft office software including proficiency in excel.·
∎ Handle multiple projects, teamwork & positive mind set to do indoor & outdoor office work.·
∎ Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verify and checking all types of bill, bill of Import/Export, all local & overseas document (Invoice, Bill of lading, Bill of entry, Packing list, FT, Local RM, OTT, OA, PF, FS, ML, Test Fee, Lunch, Fuel, Allowance, Conveyance, DP & Audit Fee, Tech div. & workshop).·
∎ Calculating all TAX & VAT of bills and maintain Excel sheet for the task. Making pay order for Vat ,Suppliers tax, foreign employees tax and local employees tax return submitted to tax & vat office·
∎ Maintain and record of all Self C&F advance bills and input C&F settlement of advance bills in to clearing and forwarding in System software. Also custom duties e payment by online.
∎ Monthly Bank reconciliation statement.·
∎ Ensure and Cheque Journal, Bank journal & Cash Journal, OTT adjustments in SAP/Tally ERP-9 System.·
∎ Prepare payment instruction letters for payment through fund transfer with signatories sign & submit to bank.·
∎ Maintain partial ZS documents in up-to-date condition.
